Little Pirate Walker

So I'm sure many of you have noticed how Payton at two years old still walks like a pirate. She was our late walker to begin with at 19 months, and she's been wobbling ever since with really bad balance. So when we took her to her wellness visit, I expressed my concern to the pediatrician. I explained how I just don't think her legs are the same length. Her left leg has a good inch or more. So she checked it out, and sure enough agreed. So now we wait to see Orthopedics at Children's Hospital at the beginning of March. Hopefully it will be an easy fix, we just have to figure out where the issue lies. Is it a hip issue, a bone issue...who knows. She has no idea she walks differently, she's just glad to be movin'! HA! And I know I'll miss the little pirate walk once we get this all resolved.
